We want to be clear that we invest with the intent of supporting black owned business and developing in communities that have a 51% minority population. This incentives stability in the areas we invest in and promote an overall uplift to the community as a whole. Safe and stable housing is at the top of the mind of most Americans, especially minorities, so it is a mandate for us to bring in resources to answer that overwhelming need.
